Automatically send B2B invoices and credit notes in Peppol format to Belgian business customers, with checks before sending and tracking through to the customer's access point.
Automatic creation of B2B invoices and credit notes in Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 format (UBL 2.1), based on PrestaShop invoices and credit notes.
Sending via your e-invoice.be Peppol access point, followed by tracking: submitted, delivered to the customer's access point.
Checks before sending: company number (BCE/KBO) (modulo 97 check), VAT number, addresses, Belgian VAT rates (21, 12, 6 and 0%), consistency of totals. An error blocks sending and indicates what to correct, with a button leading to the appropriate screen.
VAT: small business exemption scheme (Article 56bis), exemption with a legal reason, reverse charge, zero rate. The correct VAT category and legal wording are added automatically.
Discounts, vouchers, free shipping, gift wrapping, eco-tax at a different rate, partial credit notes and credit notes for shipping costs.
Rounding aligned with the PrestaShop total: the amount payable on the Peppol document matches your invoice.
VAT: small business exemption scheme (Article 56bis), exemption with a legal reason, reverse charge, zero rate. The correct VAT category and legal wording are added automatically.

Since 1 January 2026, VAT-liable businesses established in Belgium must issue structured electronic invoices for their sales to other Belgian VAT-liable businesses. The expected format is Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, transmitted via the Peppol network. This module converts your PrestaShop store's invoices and credit notes into Peppol documents and sends them to your business customers via your e-invoice.be access point.

The module sends invoices to Belgian business customers (Belgian company number (BCE/KBO) or VAT number). Sales to private individuals are not sent via Peppol, as this is not mandatory in Belgium. Customers established outside Belgium are not supported in version 1.0. Invoices from your suppliers are received in your e-invoice.be account. A credit note for an order with several invoices must be issued manually.

Configure the module and check the first results.
Open an account with e-invoice.be and create an API key (a test key lets you try the module without sending real invoices). Install the module: an Electronic invoice menu appears under Orders.
Enter your company details: legal name, company number (BCE/KBO), VAT number, address and IBAN. Select your VAT scheme and, if needed, how to handle lines at 0%. Paste the API key and click Test connection.
Ask your hosting provider to set up the scheduled task (URL provided in the Help tab). Check the first transmissions in the Tracking tab.
